One of our most popular tours, Nong
Bang is a traditional Thai working
village just outside of Kanchanaburi.

Day / 1 Night Karen Jungle Trekking Tour
is designed for experienced trekkers
only. You will have the chance to discover
the beauty of the jungle by foot and 4-wheel drive.
If you decide to join our program, please realize
that you will walk approx. 6 to 7
hours within these two days. But if you join,
you will have the unique feeling of being part of
the nature and its Karen hill tribe culture.
We will pick you up from your accommodation in Bangkok and head up to the legendary
Hellfire Pass
and the Hellfire Pass Museum.
Afterwards
you will have the chance to swim and relax in a Hot
Spa before we start the journey deep into
the jungle and go trekking. You will stay in Nong
Bang Village; a Karen village
where you will spend the night and learn form their
culture. You will learn how
to prepare your meal and they will show you their
traditional Karen dance. When
it is time for sleep, you will stay in a bamboo
hut without electricity.
After having breakfast you will start trekking to
the elephant camp where you will have lunch; an open fire Chicken BBQ with sticky rice.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the backside
of an elephant before you will do
a bamboo raft on a smaller
stream. Continue to Nam Tok Train
Station and take the legendary Death Railway which brings you to
Takilen Train Station. From there we will bring you
by car the famous River Kwai Bridge before we bring
you back to your accommodation.
